As a Kinesiology graduate, human movement and behavior always interested me. While I pivoted to human factors later in college, I now have a unique insight on not only how users make decisions, but also how they act on decisions to product movement.
I am now a Master’s student at the University of Michigan graduating in December, studying human factors in the industrial engineering program. I have a strong interest in human factors and UX research, and hope to utilize this skillset to develop products that best serve the user, both physically and cognitively. I am motivated by uncovering new insights on human behavior and how we engage with the world and technology around us.
Outside of work and school, you can find me exploring different parks and neighborhoods while running. I love mentorship — I mentored students in Detroit all throughout college and created a small business in 2019 to help high school students with the college application process. Once I graduate, I plan to provide these services for free in low-income schools in the city I decide to settle in.
